What is Duck by Duck?
A structured program for the life admin you keep meaning to do. Ten modules across two wings: Get Sorted covers the one-off jobs like your important documents, will location, money map and digital cleanup, and Run Your Life covers the weekly systems that keep them done. Each module is a series of small checkable steps ending in a real artefact.
What is a Bus File?
One folder, physical or digital, that holds or points to everything your family would need if you were suddenly out of action: where the will lives, the accounts that exist, the people to call. The test is simple: someone you trust can find a named document in it in under five minutes. Building one is the first module of the program.
How does the program actually work?
Every module comes with ducklings: small, checkable steps toward a real artefact, like a folder your family can actually find or your money on one page. Tick the last duckling and the duck stands up on your dashboard. Ten ducks, two wings, all countable. It is self-paced, and it is about what exists when you finish, not about watching videos.
When does enrolment open, and what does it cost?
Enrolment opens soon. When it does, the price will be on the page in plain numbers before you pay, and it will be the kind of number a normal person can say yes to. Joining the waitlist is free, gets you first access, and we will never spam you.
What is the refund policy?
A 14 day no-questions refund, stated where you buy. No auto-renewing trial tricks, no countdown timers, no fake scarcity, and cancelling takes one click, not an argument.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Duck by Duck is education. The modules that touch wills, powers of attorney and money say plainly where their edges are, and they end by pointing you at the right professional, organised and prepared, rather than pretending you do not need one.
Do you store my documents?
No. Ducklings are prompts like find your will and note where it lives. Your Bus File lives in your binder and your own cloud, never on our servers. We will never ask you to upload a will, a passport, or anything like them.
Is it only for Australians?
It is written in Australia, in plain Australian English. The habits and systems work anywhere; the legal and money specifics are Australian, so modules like Legal Life will be most at home if you live here.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind. No streaks to lose, no guilt notifications, no expiry on your progress. You can stop for a month and start again with the next duckling. The ducks will wait.
