What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Your progress: which ducklings you have fed and finished, and which ducks you have earned.
• Payment records handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we deliberately do not do

• No advertising, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics trackers on this site.
• We never sell or rent your information. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not store your documents. Ducklings are prompts like “find your will and note where it lives”. Your Bus File lives in your binder and your own cloud, never on our servers. We will never ask you to upload a will, a passport, or anything like them.
• No guilt mechanics: no loss-framed streaks, no shame notifications. The Duck Check on this site runs entirely in your browser and its answers are never sent to us.

Email

The waitlist gets one email when enrolment opens. Members get emails about their own program. Every marketing email will have a working unsubscribe link.

The billing promise

The price will be on the page, in plain numbers, before you pay. Whether you pay once or by the month, there is no auto-renewing trial trick, no countdown timer, no fake scarcity, and cancelling a subscription takes one click, not an argument. A 14 day no-questions refund window, stated where you buy.

Deletion

Want your account and data gone? Reply to any email we have sent you, or contact Wild Hearts Publishing via wildheartspublishing.com.au, and we will delete them.

Who this is for

Duck by Duck is for adults. The program teaches life organisation as a learnable skill. It is education, not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice, and each module says plainly where its edges are and when to bring in a professional.
