What we collect

• Your email address, when you create an account. If you joined the earlier waitlist, we also still hold the email you gave us then.
• Your progress: which activities you have started and finished, and which modules you have completed.
• If you are signed in and choose to save your Duck Check: your ten ratings, nothing more.
• Payment records handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

The iPhone and Android apps

The apps sign in to the same account and hold the same things as this website: your email address, your account ID, your progress and, only if you save it, your Duck Check. Nothing else leaves your phone. The free Duck Check and the try-it activities work without an account and stay on your phone. The apps have no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and ask for no permissions such as location, contacts or photos. You can delete your account inside the app (Account, then Delete my account).

What we deliberately do not do

• No advertising, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics trackers on this site or in the apps.
• We never sell or rent your information. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not store your documents. Ducklings are prompts like “find your will and note where it lives”. Your Just-in-Case File lives in your binder and your own cloud, never on our servers. We will never ask you to upload a will, a passport, or anything like them.
• No guilt mechanics: no loss-framed streaks, no shame notifications. The Duck Check keeps your answers in your own browser (or on your phone, in the app) and only sends them to us if you are signed in and choose to save them to your account.

Email

If you joined the earlier waitlist, you get one email telling you Duck by Duck is open, and nothing more unless you sign up. Members get emails about their own account, like sign-in links. Every marketing email will have a working unsubscribe link.

The billing promise

The price and terms are on the Get startedGet started page of the website, in plain numbers, before you pay. It is one payment: no subscription, no auto-renewing trial trick, no countdown timer and no fake scarcity. A 14 day no-questions refund.

Deletion

Want your account and data gone? Delete it yourself from the Account page when signed in, or email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au. You can also contact Wild Hearts Publishing via wildheartspublishing.com.au, and we will delete them.

Who this is for

Duck by Duck is for adults. The programme teaches life organisation as a learnable skill. It is education, not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice, and each module says plainly where its edges are and when to bring in a professional.
