What you are buying

When enrolment opens, one purchase covers the whole program: ten modules across two wings, with the templates and checklists that belong to them. The price will be on the page in plain numbers before you pay. Nothing on this site is for sale until then, and the waitlist is free.

Refunds and cancelling

• A 14 day no-questions refund, stated where you buy.
• Cancelling a subscription takes one click, not an argument.
• No auto-renewing trial tricks, no countdown timers, no fake scarcity.

What this is, and is not

Duck by Duck is education. It teaches life organisation as a learnable skill. It is not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice, and no module replaces a qualified professional. Where a module touches wills, powers of attorney or money, it says so plainly and points you at the right professional instead.

Your stuff stays yours

The artefacts you build, your Bus File, your money map, your lists, live with you, in your binder and your own cloud. We do not store your documents and we will never ask you to upload them. How we treat the little data we do hold is on the privacy page.

Fair use

Your enrolment is for you. Share what you build with your family freely, that is the whole point; please do not republish the modules themselves or resell access.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by Australian law, and nothing in them limits the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.
