Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au and mention Duck by Duck. A person reads every message. Please do not send us copies of documents or passwords; we never need them.

On the sign-in page, enter your email and we send you a link. Open it in the same browser. No link after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then try again. If you paid with a different email address, sign in with that one.

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, no questions asked. A refund ends your access. Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au from the address you paid with, or tell us which address that was. Bought in the iPhone app? Apple handles App Store refunds: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refund there ends your access too.

Sign in on this website or in the iPhone or Android app, open Account, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and all your progress. Deleting your account does not refund a payment by itself. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
